Welcome to the Sherwood tour diary documenting their ongoing headlining tour. Read the fourth and final part below, part three here, parts one and two here, and click here to see the remaining tour dates. Welcome to the final week of The Starry Nights and Salty Seas Tour Blog! Before we began, a special thanks needs to be given to all you for coming out to the shows and supporting us over this last month. The shows wouldn't be what they are if it weren't for you guys. Thank You!! This last weekend we spent a night in 'Hell' (the actual name of the room in Atlanta @ the Masquerade, hah!). But seriously, this show was incredible. Check out some of these sweet shots... ![]() ![]() Look how fancy Dan looks in his sweet blazer! ![]() Big thanks to Will, our 'lighting designer/director', for an amazing light show! ![]() The weather in Raleigh, North Carolina, was so nice... ![]() ![]() Dave and Mikey took a stroll and found this great Organic restaurant with a Monday night wine special, 50% off any bottle of wine. ![]() ![]() On Wednesday we took over New York City (could anyone actually do that? ...Yeah, U2). The Highline Ballroom on 16th St. was one of the nicest venues we have ever played. ![]() Artsy... ![]() The next night, just outside of Boston, we had one of the best shows of this tour despite the freezing cold... Check out Dave with the snow! ![]() But we warmed up quick with all the 'heat' we brought! :) ![]() The crowd was out-of-control! ![]() Because of how enthusiastic everyone was, Nate and Dan came out after the show and played an additional song unplugged. It was one of thee most memorable moments for us on tour, as so many people just sat down and sang along... ![]() We also had the chance to dine out at a fabulous vegetarian restaurant... how cute is our Tour Manager, Sean? ![]() No matter how big or small the shows are, we still always drive ourselves around: ![]() However, we certainly are "big time" enough to have our own Victorian-style dressing room! NBD! ;) ![]() We were really happy to see the producer of our record A Different Light, Lou Giordano, come out to our show in Connecticut! ![]() Thank you so much for spending the last month on tour with us. If you aren't our friend, please add us on Myspace or Facebook... ![]() Dave, Mikey, Dan, Nate and Joe / Sherwood |
